A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Senior Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and business development initiatives across the Europe region and Africa & Middle East. Your day will involve engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational peers to achieve business goals. You will also maintain a strong connection with the Naroda factory to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business in these regions. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Europe region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Africa and Middle East regions, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs
  • Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to customers

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets in diverse markets
  • Strong connection to the Naroda factory and understanding of its operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Excellent knowledge in reciprocating compression
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals and driving growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and business development tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency
