Join Siemens Energy as Accounting Specialist at our transformers plant in Trento, where you drive operational and commercial excellence every day. You will provide foundational support to the financial control and reporting functions for the business units. You collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, and Engineering, tackling new challenges and ensuring strong identification with our products. How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Supporting fundamental accounting operations and closings
  • Assisting with the preparation of management reporting and financial analysis
  • Administrative support for invoice registration and goods receipt posting;
  • preparation of shipping invoices;
  • administrative support in checking and verifying postings/entries

What You Bring

  • Diploma
  • You have at least 1 years of experience in finance or controlling within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
  • You bring expertise in controlling, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and statutory requirements, ideally within an Italian legal entity.
  • You are fluent in Italian, English knowledge at a business level is required

You join a dedicated finance team of around 10 professionals at the Trento transformer plant, working together to ensure efficient and reliable finance processes. The team’s mission is to drive operational and financial performance, support strategic projects, and maintain compliance with local and international standards. Collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, and Engineering is central to their work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The team values high product proximity, enabling strong identification with the plant’s output and its impact on the business. You’ll work in a supportive environment where knowledge sharing and professional development are encouraged. The team regularly interacts with international colleagues, providing exposure to broader commercial and finance management opportunities within Siemens Energy.
