How you’ll make an impact

As an Accounting Specialist in our Finance Department, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Step in for the Head of Accounting when needed, ensuring operational continuity
• Ensure compliance and oversight of internal controls and accounting standards
• Take responsibility for month-end and quarterly closing activities
• Analyze actual financials and provide valuable insights to management
• Coordinate smoothly with auditors and external accounting providers
• Lead accounting projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency

What you bring

• A master’s degree in Auditing or a related field like a HD Education, or equivalent experience from a larger auditing firm, providing a solid theoretical foundation for the role in a international setting.
• 5+ years of proven experience, either as an auditor or as a financial controller in an international company.
• A proactive approach with a strong drive for leading accounting projects and a solid understanding of internal controls.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an extroverted personality, enabling effective communication with various collaborators.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint, using technology to improve accounting processes.
