How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support different administrative tasks and operations as part-time help, ensuring smooth daily processes.
• Perform assigned operations, measures, and activities as advised by management or your supervisor.
• Learn and apply theory, techniques, methods, and tools in your area, building your expertise as you go.
• Collaborate with qualified staff, assisting them in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate data inquiries and consolidation with regional and cross-functional team members, run sanity checks, and report changes.
• Organize workshops and meetings, create presentations, and support the roll-out of new processes.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in ADE, Economics, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to analyze data and structure information.
• Passion for working with numbers and finding ways to make repetitive tasks more efficient.
• Excitement to work in a distributed team and communicate clearly with diverse partners.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
• Experience with turbine technology, logistics, construction, statistics, business intelligence, AI, PowerBI, databases, or PowerApps is a plus.
