• Employee will work on teams to process the Generator Major Component along the assembly process
• Your unique skills will be valued in our team, but you will learn additional skills needed to understand various configurations of Generator Major Component designs of both Siemens Energy OEM as well as other OEMS

3. Onsite Interview
   Meet the team in person, explore the role, and ask any questions you have
4. WorkKeys Assessment Ability to obtain an ACT® WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Level or higher) as part of the pre-hire assessment. Siemens Energy will assist in scheduling the test upon shortlisting
5. Fitness Test
   Complete a quick physical assessment to ensure you’re ready for the role’s requirements. Must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties
