How You’ll Make an Impact

• Experience in back-office operations, specializing in KYC (Know Your Customer) and documentation management within settings.
• Proficient in handling bank accounts, including the flawless opening and closing of accounts.
• Skilled in modifying global bank signatories to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Knowledgeable in Power of Attorney monitoring, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
• Experienced in coordinating the process of foreign exchange (Forex Lines ) lines with banking institutions.
• Familiar with back-office functions related to FX (Forex Lines), interest, and commodity hedging, including deal confirmation, settlement, agreements, and reporting.

• Proficient in English at B2+ level, both in writing and verbally, is necessary for successful communication within the team and with external customers.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial environments is preferred. Candidates with proven experience in finance, accounting, or related fields will be given priority.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
