The Proposal Specialist is responsible for technically selling a product, reading and interpreting specifications, and preparing technical and economic offers to present our products and services in the American market (US, CA, MX CAM).

The specialist must have the ability to analyze and prepare technical proposals, identify creative and valuable solutions, negotiate, sell and ensure the factory O.I. and sales margin, making use of his technical knowledge in dry distribution transformers, sales and negotiation skills, proactivity and creative mentality to find quick and effective solutions within Siemens Energy guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• University Degree in Engineering or related
• Professional Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience on Technical Sales, electrical product, marketing, product specification, electrical design, or similar
• Technical Knowledge: Distribution Dry Transformers (PREFERABLY) or technical sales
• Lenguage English at a medium-high level spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% travel, 80% back office
• Soft Skills (INDISPENSABLE): Eloquence, Customer attention, Creative thinking, Teamwork, Adaptability, Taste for sales
