A Snapshot of Your Day 

This outstanding role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Product Integrity Europe, offering direct access to global leaders in Engineering, Sales, TI, SCM, and Product Lines.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Responsible for complex Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to solve technical issues (RCA methodology) on our Products focused to EU projects
  • Point of contact for major technical field issues and Factory Testing issues at the Duisburg facility and Global site
  • Facilitate and lead trouble shooting activities with interdisciplinary teams with external Customer, Engineering, Project Management, Field Service and / or other business units
  • Prepare comprehensive RCA reports and management briefings to achieve the required transparency and Lessons learned for our organization
  • Perform the fact-finding on customer sites, analyze remote diagnostic as well as evaluate operational issues on-site and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions
  • Work and coordinate internal CAPAs
What You Bring
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering discipline or related field
  • Demonstrable knowledge in the product-structure, package, design, calculation of rotating equipment in the power generation and compression industry
  • Minimum 8 years Customer Order Engineering experience in Small Gas Turbines, Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, Controls, Electric Machinery, and/or Turbo compressors
  • Customer-interfacing experience is appreciated
  • Ability to willingness to travel internationally to share experience gained in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry
  • Experience in leading complex technical discussion in face-to-face meetings with customers, interdisciplinary key-experts and senior management
