A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, your primary focus will be on sales activities in Bulgaria, involving proposal preparation and the offering and selling of products, services, or/and solutions within the Grid Technology portfolio. You will be responsible for direct customer engagement, building relationships with key individuals within Siemens Energy, end users, and EPCs, and collaborating with international customers and partners. Additionally, as a support role for Service & Digital business in Eastern Europe, you will have the opportunity to travel and work within a multinational team in an international setting.

You will become a part of Siemens Energy Bulgaria team, consisting of a small sales & project team, engineers which represent a center of competencies in nuclear generation, business administration professionals and administrative support, all of us managed by the Managing and Financial Director. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Driving sales volume and margin across the Grid Technology portfolio.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and Siemens Energy solutions.

  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.

  • Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.

  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Support the market manager to define the annual budget for the selected customers, create a pipeline of opportunity for the short-mid term, and built up a strategy for the long term.

  • Lead the overall internal sales process, like Go-No Go and Bid- No Bid decisions, involving all the needed interlocutors and utilizing the mandatory tools.

  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

  • Support growing businesses in Service & Digital in the Еastern European region by elaborating business cases, market analysis and best practice sharing

  • Coordinating with factories for order execution, conducting design reviews with customers, coordinating transportation logistics, and providing site clarifications as needed to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects, addressing any technical or logistical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in electrical engineering (preferably electrical or industrial), or equivalent

  • Professional with a technical experience in Energy Sector with more than 5 years of experience is mandatory.

  • Previous project execution experience in the Energy Sector is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates with a track record of successfully managing energy projects will be given preference.

  • Knowledge and experience in digital solutions and services of electrical substations - Grid consultation and grid automation such as SCADA/ADMS solutions, DERMS solutions; ЕMS system to manage and operate the grid at network level will be considered as serious advantage.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

  • Available to occasional business trips on national and international level,

  • Driving license- B cat.
