A snapshot of your day

Are you ready to embark on your journey into the world of Human Resources? Join our HR Department in the Brande office as a Student Worker - HR Support! This isn’t just any student job – it’s your chance to dive into the inner workings of a global company that is at the forefront of renewable energy.

Every day brings new challenges: one day you might be interpreting data, and the next you could be crafting surveys or assisting our HR Business Partners. You’ll transform your classroom knowledge into practical skills while becoming an integral part of an international team dedicated to supporting the business.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Do you have a passion for numbers? You’ll immerse yourself in data analysis, creating pivot tables, identifying trends, and transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your reports will play a crucial role in guiding key HR decisions.
  • Survey Creation & Communication: Unleash your creativity by designing engaging surveys and crafting visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you help share important messages with teams across the organization.
  • HR Support and Collaboration: Act as the main resource for HR-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication. Collaborate with experienced HR Business Partners on exciting projects, gaining valuable insights into strategic HR practices while contributing to the modernization of our processes.

What you bring

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a Danish university, ideally in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, and you have a strong interest in HR studies, along with a passion for working with and presenting data.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and see data as a tool to improve and inspire change.
  • You’re skilled in Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas), and curious about data visualization and storytelling.
  • You bring a creative approach and can turn complex information into clear, engaging surveys or presentations.
  • You’re fluent in both Danish and English – and comfortable communicating in a professional setting.
  • You’re proactive, self-driven, and not afraid to try new things – even when you’re not 100% sure. You take ownership of your tasks, and you’re eager to learn through hands-on experience.
  • While you’re confident in working independently, you know that support is always close by – and you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it.

About the team

You’ll become part of a welcoming and dedicated HR team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous development. Even though you’ll be trusted with responsibility and encouraged to work independently, you’ll never be alone – your colleagues are always there to guide and support you. At Siemens Gamesa, we empower our employees – including our student workers – to think creatively, take initiative, and make a real impact. Together, we’re working for a more sustainable tomorrow.
