How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain application code, including writing, testing (unit testing), and validating solutions as per functional requirements.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality, and identify gaps in design, logic, and implementation.
• Support and contribute to business improvement initiatives using agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
• Analyze business needs and implement solutions through efficient SQL queries and database interactions
• Provide production support and user assistance, ensuring smooth functioning of deployed applications.
• Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, agile team environment, adapting to flexible development practices.

What You Bring 

• Experienced IT professional (5+ years) with a degree in Engineering or equivalent (MCA), possessing strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in global teams, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework, applying strong OOA/OOD principles and standard design patterns.
• Build and enhance modern, responsive web interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) along with HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and XML.
• Design and optimize database solutions across MS SQL and Oracle, including efficient PL/SQL development, with working knowledge of PostgreSQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Apply cloud and DevOps practices (AWS/GCP exposure, CI/CD pipelines, Git), while adhering to high-quality software engineering standards, agile processes, and advanced problem-solving in complex environments.
