Join Siemens Energy and help shape the future of sustainable energy! We’re looking for a motivated senior Finance professional with a strong background in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields to be responsible for Tower cost controlling and commercial business partnering.

You will work within a diverse, international team, ensuring cost forecast accuracy and contributing to cost optimization through cross-functional collaboration. You will participate in weekly team meetings to receive top-down updates and gain alignment on the team’s key focus areas for the week. You will also regularly collaborate with Tower Procurement, Technology, Manufacturing Support, and the BU ON Sales team on ON Tower product costing

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform Tower Pricing Consolidation and Calculation for Forecast and Budget.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Technology teams to establish product costing for the Sales process.
• Monitor and calculate costs of new products through the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process.
• Drive the process optimization for Site Parts Pricing and Costing.

What You Bring

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in cost controlling or product costing preferred
• Knowledge of Tower products and PLM processes is a plus
