A Snapshot of Your Day 

Supporting  machining process development and production of complex mechanical components. 

 How You’ll Make an Impact 

•Review and interpret product drawings, GD&T, and relevant technical specifications with guidance from senior engineers.

•Support machining process planning and CNC programming using UG NX (NX CAM).

•Participate in five-axis machining trials, shopfloor debugging, and basic process optimization activities.

•Assist in the design, development, and application of machining fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools for new products.

•Support cutting tool selection, CNC program development, verification, and optimization.

•Prepare and maintain on-site machining process documentation, including process sheets and manufacturing records.

•Participate in new product trials, shopfloor commissioning, and first article qualification (FAI) activities, providing technical support as needed.

•Support analysis of machining, production, and inspection data to improve process stability and efficiency.

•Collaborate effectively within the department and with cross-functional teams to complete assigned engineering tasks.

•Support ad-hoc technical tasks and assignments as directed by engineering management.

 

What You Bring

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

•0–3 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or related engineering roles (including internships or graduate projects).

•Basic proficiency in UG NX (NX CAM) or similar CAM software.

•Fundamental understanding of CNC machining principles; exposure to five-axis machining is a plus.

•Strong learning ability, hands-on mindset, and willingness to develop in a manufacturing environment.

•Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

•Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment.
