A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role at the Wikinger wind farm on Rügen, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly during your 14-day on shift. Each day, you’ll manage inventory, oversee the movement of goods, and ensure everything is in order, all while using the SAP system to keep track. You’ll also help with planning, maintain a tidy storage area, and handle the logistics of tools and safety equipment. With a focus on teamwork and organization, your day will be all about keeping operations on point and ensuring a safe, efficient environment before you enjoy your 14 days off.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide information to Joint Coordination, Site Management, and Back Office while supporting daily coordination and short-term planning
  • Manage stock accurately, conduct inventory counts, and ensure goods movement (ordering, receiving, picking, packing, dispatching) is recorded in SAP and aligns with logistics and customs requirements
  • Maintain a safe and organized storage environment, ensuring all procedures are followed for accurate stock management
  • Order and track tools, consumables, and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely recertification
  • Prepare and declare dangerous goods for transport, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and documentation
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including waste management, cleanliness in the warehouse and office, and coordination of crew changes and QWATs


What You Bring

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field, with several years of operations experience in coordination, planning, and documentation in offshore service operationsProficient in SAP and MS Office, with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working in international project teams and environments, demonstrating proactive and organized work habits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to travel and work in offshore rotations
  • Ability to work independently and accurately, with a high sense of responsibility and motivation
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, with high proficiency in English (German skills optional)
