Join Siemens Energy Transformer (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd as a Manufacture Quality Control Engineer and start your day by monitoring and inspecting material quality in our production process. Analyzing data and collaborating with production teams to maintain quality control standards will be your main focus. You'll also conduct regular quality audits and coordinate with different departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues. Your role will contribute to improving product reliability and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. 根据工作指引，负责变压器生产制造过程中的检验工作，确保产品质量符合标准和合同要求；
2. 协调并跟踪产品缺陷的处理过程，详细记录工序中的质量问题，进行统计和分析；
3. 积极参与并执行质量改进项目，推动持续改进和优化产品质量；
4. 与生产团队紧密合作，确保质量控制措施在生产过程中得到有效实施；
5. 定期进行质量培训，提升员工的质量意识和技能。

What You Bring

1. 具有电气工程、机械制造或相关专业的本科学历；
2. 具有变压器行业的工作经验优先；
3. 能够阅读和理解机械制图图纸和规范；
4. 沟通与协调能力，良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与生产、工程和其他相关部门紧密合作；
5. 工作细致认真，具有高度的责任心和质量意识，能够在压力下工作
6. 熟练使用办公软件（如Microsoft Office）和质量管理软件；
7. 具备基本的数据分析能力；
8. 英语能力良好者优先考虑。
