Join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden, as a Legal Counsel for Siemens Gamesa’s Offshore Wind business. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of legal experts, providing essential negotiation, contracting, and legal support throughout the lifecycle of global offshore wind projects. From bidding to service phases, you’ll tackle a variety of legal challenges. Your day will be filled with opportunities to guide internal partners, draft complex agreements, and offer innovative legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the preparation, drafting, and negotiation of complex Project Agreement terms and conditions, including turbine supply agreements and service and maintenance agreements.
• Evaluate contractual and commercial risks, presenting them to senior management for approval.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues, Sales, Project Management, and other departments to resolve project issues.
• Provide business-oriented legal solutions to complex problems, ensuring progress without undue risk.

What You Bring

• Qualified Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in various jurisdictions and commercial environments.
• Expertise in structuring and negotiating international project-related contracts, especially in the renewables sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with excellent English oral and drafting abilities.
• Ability to think abstractly and provide well-reasoned solutions quickly.
• Personal integrity and the ability to offer impartial advice and challenge conventional wisdom.
