Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager in High Voltage to join its Grid Technology team in Belgium. The successful candidate will work in the High Voltage area, with a specific focus on AIS/GIS/TFO Project execution and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

How you will make an impact

Handling allocated projects in accordance with company guidelines, achieving project targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Serving as the Single Point of Contact for the customer for all subjects related to the projects

Constantly supervising project critical metrics (KPI's), planning, and changes

Providing full support to the Installation & Commissioning team and ensuring accurate application of local EHS guidelines

Maintaining consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders and HQ organization

Coordinating all resources involved in the project, including factories, local support functions, and external suppliers/partners

Ensuring that quality processes are always met

Implementing effective risk management measures for the assigned projects

Enabling, if required, appropriate escalation levels to resolve critical aspects

Initiating continuous development towards deeper technical knowledge in the allocated portfolio and growing Project Management expertise towards more complex business

What you bring

Possession of a master's degree or equivalent experience in electricity, electrical engineering, ICT, mechanics, automation, through professional experience

Interest in developing Project Manager skills

Enjoy working independently while also being a great teammate

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in English and Dutch or French

Familiarity with MS Office (and/or relevant PMO tools)
