A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team in Taipei as a Junior Finance Controller, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies. You will prepare rolling forecasts and budgets for operating income, revenue, and free cash flow, diving deep into the analysis of deviations from actual figures to uncover their root causes. With your keen eye for detail, you will also oversee hedging topics and cost center controlling, ensuring our financial health remains robust and transparent.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets for operating income, revenue, and free cash flow, analyzing deviations and identifying root causes.
• Prepare and update management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cost reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Responsible for Corporation function operation activities including but not limited to billing, GR etc..
• Handle hedging-related topics, including liquidity planning and cost center controlling for assigned departments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate annual re-organization activities.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Accountancy, or a related field, ideally with a finance focus.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably within a manufacturing background or Siemens-related companies.
• Proficiency in Office applications, with strong presentation and communication skills, and business-level English proficiency in both oral and written forms.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coordinating across departments, consolidating information, and analyzing financial data to produce high-quality reports.
• A strong sense of ownership, adaptability in a fast-growing industry, and a curiosity for learning new concepts.
