A Snapshot of Your Day

Our team is now looking for a combine role within Instrumentation & Control Engineering, who will be a key part of our plants in Gas Turbine projects. As part of our team, you will work with customers from all over the world in the energy and oil & gas sector to ensure deliveries and provide support when needed.

Your main responsibilities will be to work on plant project within gas turbine business, ensuring that they meet customer specification and comply with all technical standards and regulations. You will also work on selecting and implementing measurement for these projects, as well as conducting tests and troubleshooting when needed.

We are looking for a person who has a technical background in automation and measurement engineering or equivalent experience. You should also have good communication skills, so you can collaborate with customers and team members from different parts of the world.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will be responsible for supporting and implementing the design and specification of the instrumentation for gas turbine plants within the order projects, in accordance with our established processes and procedures.
• The work is conducted in project form and includes project customization of instrumentation, development of new technical solutions, purchasing, customer meetings, supplier meetings, documentation and testing as well as technical support for workshop tests, installation and commissioning.
• The position involves a high degree of collaboration with other fields such as electrical and mechanical engineers, R&D and our sales department.

What You Bring

• You have experience working with technology of control systems,

Siemens PCS7 or T3000.

• Experience in engineering, troubleshooting, commissioning and general knowledge of instruments and SIL preferably experience of SIS (Safety instrument system)
• Anticipating risk assessment in order projects such as HAZOP & LOPA.
• Preferably have you worked with instruments such as RTDs, thermocouples and other measuring instruments.
• Experience in working with sales department, preparation of quotations and part of purchasing process.
• Education with a focus on electrical & measurement technology or equivalent work experience.
• You are structured and accurate, follow defined processes and enjoy problem solving.
• You have the drive and desire to develop and are relatively self-driven.
• As we work in an international environment with customers all over the world, we are looking for you who are open and who handle both internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
• You speak English fluently; additional language skills are meritorious but not a requirement.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
