A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – SAP Logistics to support and enhance our regional ERP system across Siemens Energy in China. This role plays a key part in enabling efficient logistics processes and driving process harmonization in ERP system. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead and manage MM/PP/QM changes and enhancements in the Siemens Energy regional ERP system for China 
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define requirements and develop functional specifications for complex SAP solutions
• Provide process consulting and business support for SAP MM/PP/QM topics
• Design and implement new processes and solutions together with Business and IT representatives 
• Demonstrate strong provider-management skills to ensure high-quality delivery from external partners 
• Perform IT Project Management for small-to-medium projects
• Close collaboration with other chapters in the ERP Value Center and broader IT organizations

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 ~ 8 years SAP implementation experiences in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, and QM modules, including implementation and support.
• SAP ECC MM or PP certification preferred. Experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business requirements in the area of material management, production planning and quality management. Strong capability to translate business requirements into SAP technical language, and guide stakeholders towards optimal outcomes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English communication skills
