A Snapshot of Your Day
As an HR Business Partner at Siemens Gamesa, you will play a central role in shaping and driving the People Agenda within our Wind Power Business. From your base in Brande, you will work closely with a small, experienced local HRBP team while being part of a in country HRBP team and a broader network of skilled HR professionals across the organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting leaders in delivering on strategic priorities, strengthening organizational capabilities, and enabling a thriving people culture. You will have responsibility for a dedicated business area, where your HR insights and partnership will make a tangible impact on both people and performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Driving the People Agenda in your assigned HR Business Partner area. You will be based in Brande alongside your small HRBP team.
- Proactively advising and supporting local and international managers with employees based in Denmark on HR topics, such as organization-related and people topics, along the hire-to-retire cycle. This may include absence management, policy counselling, and case management.
- Driving and advising on our HR priorities like Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Ensuring that our people-related annual cycles, e.g., Merit, MyPerformance, are communicated and handled in close collaboration with the Business.
- Participating in and sometimes driving HR projects, programs, and initiatives, as well as preparing and facilitating workshops for Leadership Teams.
- Acting as an ambassador for our People Culture, playing a key role in enabling diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Driving digitalization and usage of data analytics to improve HR processes and strengthen the brand of Siemens Renewable Gamesa.
What You Bring
- You have completed a relevant University Degree within Human Resources and/or combined it with professional experience within HR.
- Good knowledge of Danish labour law.
- Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
- Advanced know-how in HR processes and data analytics to support HR initiatives.
- Experience working on international and interdisciplinary projects, with good experience in project management, is desirable.
- Excellent Danish language and very good English language skills (written & spoken).
- Pro-active team player with strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.

You will join a dedicated and collaborative HRBP team that works closely together across different areas of the business. While you will have responsibility for your own specific business area and work independently, you will also collaborate closely with HR colleagues within a broader HR matrix. The team culture is supportive, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality HR partnership to the organization.
