Start your day with a team huddle to align on project priorities. Dive into designing and developing technical solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring high standards and compatibility. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure the success of electrical systems, including HV, MV, LV, AC/DC-Switchgear, and more. Evaluate EPC contracts, prepare technical specifications, and review contractors' engineering work. Your role is crucial in the design review process, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. By the end of the day, you’ll have made significant strides in a meaningful project that directly impacts our customers and supports Siemens Energy’s mission of decarbonizing the industrial sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Designing and developing technical solutions tailored to client requirements
• Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success
• Part of a technical team for definition and basic design of electrical systems e.g. HV, MV, LV and AC/DC-Switchgear, Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Diesel Generator, HV  and LV transformers, generator circuit breaker, protection, grid interfaces etc.
• Proposal engineering: evaluation and commenting of customer specification, customers questionnaire, deviations, compilation of proposal documents, cost calculation
• Evaluation of EPC contract (customer specification, etc.)
• Supervision of quality, and costs for the electrical scope of works
• Responsibility for the design review process
• Preparation of affiliated documents e.g. Single Line Diagram, Typical drawings
• Preparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentation
• Preparation of required documentation
• Review of contractors engineering

What You Bring 

• College degree, preferable within the field of power electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and with minimum 5 years’ experience within electrical design
• (low / medium / high voltage equipment and systems)
• Preferably with Serbian Chamber of Engineers license for designing
• Detailed knowledge of products such as, HV, MV, LV and AC/DC-Switchgear, Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Diesel Generator, HV and LV transformers, generator circuit breaker, protection, grid interfaces etc.
• Practical knowledge of software’s like Comos and/or Eplan, AutoCAD software, ETAP.
• Experience in energy and/or Oil&Gas industry.
