A Snapshot of Your Day
The Delegation Center within offshore construction is a newly build department that provides support regarding cross-border posting especially for immigration, social security and posted worker declaration requirements to employees working abroad during execution of offshore projects globally. The department ensures compliance with domestic rules and regulations in the host countries and that the company and employees are covered against any risks when travelling abroad.
The delegation support center supports globally across time zones, therefore please be aware that flexible working hours may be required.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Providing and preparing the relevant information and documentation prior to any individual assignment of offshore execution personnel travelling cross-border and for collecting any other kind of relevant information and documentation.
- Initiating and supervising relevant assessments of all offshore execution personnel based on the incoming delegation order.
- Responsible to checking the assessment outcome and communicate to relevant partner.
- First level support to delegates and its line managers in regards to immigration, social security and posted worker queries.
What You Bring
- Practical experience with immigration and cross-border assignment of workers & knowledge about posted workers regulations and social security regulations will be a plus.
- Proven work experience with organizational and time-management skills preferably in global work places.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and structured way of working. Ability to work together in a team and cross-cultural approach. Experience working with colleagues from different cultures.
- Strong communication skills. Good written and oral business English.
- Thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
- Self-driven and can lead tasks on your own. An overall positive attitude and willingness to learn.
