• Prepare test plans and protocols in accordance with industry standards and specific contractual requirements.
• Plan, set up, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the laboratory and at supplier premises.
• Witness and verify supplier equipment tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and execute site testing procedures aligned with quality requirements, project schedules, and budget targets.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and record all site test results.
• Support Project Management in Quality, Risk, and Claim Management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Reviews, Lessons Learned).

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or equivalent qualification; Technician certification accepted.
• Proficient in grid protection systems, protection relays & BCUs, and testing using Omicron environment.
• Experience or knowledge in Electrical Engineering and commissioning of power stations and substations.
• Understanding of current and voltage measuring devices and other primary equipment.
• Fluent in English and German will be an asset.
• Willingness for global travel and long-term assignments, including offshore platforms; strong team player with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
