A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the budget to ensure costs are controlled and remain within the allocated limits. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and manage logistics for personnel and vendors to ensure smooth operations on site. This includes compiling and submitting weekly reports detailing time entries for all personnel on site, reviewing and reconciling purchase orders to ensure accuracy, and closing them as necessary.
One of your main contributions will be to create cost estimates for various aspects of the project to aid in budgeting and financial planning, prepare financial reports to clear and reconcile project-associated costs, and handle the final cost reporting of the projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supports the PM in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
- Generate daily reports to verify the status of the outages
- Ensures accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g., SAP.
- Identifies, minimizes non-conformance costs, and establishes an appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessons learned into own project and the organization in general.
- Directs the compliance to standards, rules and regulations of (commercial) project members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
- 2-3 years of experience
- English at professional working proficiency level.
- Communication skills, motivated, proactive and details oriented.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
