A Snapshot of Your Day

You´ll ensure compliance with all commercial guidelines while managing project reporting and controlling activities to maintain financial accuracy Supporting the Project Manager in optimizing financial results, overseeing cash flow, and strategically handling assets and financing instruments

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Project cost monitoring and control: track actual and committed costs, exchange rate management, bank guarantees, insurances, provisions (warranty, transitory), and related accounts in SAP and internal tools.
• Financial analysis and reporting: prepare internal reports for planning (sales revenue, gross margin, cash flow), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Administrative and accounting tasks: issue client invoices, perform accounting entries, and manage accounts payable/receivable, direct debits, withholdings, and reimbursements.
• Labor cost control: monitor productive workforce costs and related financial indicators.
• Client administrative support: send invoices, bank guarantees, insurance documents, and other required paperwork.
• Cross-functional collaboration: interact with internal teams across Latin America and support activities related to project financial controlling.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on project management; preferably supporting international business operations.
• Proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly and concisely conveying technical information or data to non-technical colleagues, peers, and management.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in dynamic environments with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Strong writing, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills in both Portuguese and English.
