A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic Wind Power division at Siemens Energy, where you will take the lead in the Completion domain, driving improvement projects and actions that make a real difference. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation measures to ensure success. As you analyze operational deviations, you will translate causes into actionable project plans, collaborating closely with your team to meet targets. Conducting project meetings and preparing regular reports will be key to communicating status updates effectively. Your role will also involve managing workshops and training sessions for various stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Scope and lead the Completion domain, driving improvement projects and actions.
· Monitor project progress and implementation, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation measures.
· Analyze operational deviations, managing or escalating causes as necessary.
· Translate identified causes into project plans, ensuring progress activities meet targets.
· Ensure clear and transparent agreements with the project team by involving them in the planning process.
· Conduct project meetings, collaborate across teams, and prepare regular reports to communicate status updates.
· Take responsibility for workshop management and training sessions for various stakeholders.
· Create engaging project presentations and status materials to keep everyone informed.
What You Bring
· Proven experience in lean or operational improvements, standardization, and project management.
· Strong operational thinking with a commitment to quality and timeliness.
· Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
· Well-structured, analytical, and creative, with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
· Initiative-driven, approachable, and focused on achieving short- to moderate-term results.
· Strong English skills, both oral and written, to communicate effectively.
