A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role as Business Developer, you will give to Siemens Energy’s success in the region by identifying new business opportunities, translating them into value propositions for our customers and assisting the implementing units with your business sense, local experience, and network.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will coordinate the energy landscape (public and private sector)
• Work in full autonomy, supported by our local and virtual teams, to develop opportunities with local and international investors, interact with the highest authorities in the country and demonstrate your network to give to Siemens Energy’s success.
• It will be your responsibility to understand and anticipate customer requirements,
• Ensure they know and understand Siemens Energy’s value proposition and accompany both the internal execution unit, as well as the client.

What You Bring

• At least 7 years’ experience in Morocco’s energy sector with proven track record in developing successful sophisticated businesses.
• High education degree (MSc, MBA,) in engineering/sciences or comparable quantitative field.
• Good knowledge of the power sector. Experience in power grids and high voltage systems will be a strong asset.
• Strong network with local decision makers, international developers, EPCs, consultants, utilities, and related partners vital for success
• Strong discernment, with experience in scouting and developing deals.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and a teammate, sharing successes with your colleagues.
