We are looking for a customer oriented senior commercial personality with at least 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry working with both state own companies and private companies!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deep understanding of the O&G market, identify key partners in the market, know customers’ business and its key drivers,
- Foster positive relationships with O&G market clients, comprehend their decision-making process, identify key decision makers, and maintain a relationship matrix at all levels.
- Elaborate a market analysis and identify business opportunities using growth strategies in Oil & Gas and convincingly present plan,
- Supporting key customers’ goals and demonstrating relationships, identifying business opportunities for SE and accurately conducting due diligence to filter viable potential and develop opportunities with sales team,
- Build new business models in collaborative manner with customers and SE Business Areas,
- Interface between customer and SE Business Areas, presenting voice of the customer, during bidding, contract negotiations and after market activities,
- Responsibility to align with and / or ensure the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system,
What You Bring
- University Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar, or equivalent experience
- Professional Experience (10 years) in the Oil & Gas Industry,
- Technical Knowledge (understanding the technical solution and the boundary conditions of our offering),
- English at professional working proficiency level. An additional language is desirable,
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time,
- Soft Skills Great teammate, advance level of intercultural competence,

The selected person will work as part of the Business Development Team for the South America Region. As part of the Go-to-Market responsibilities, the team is responsible for building close relationships with customers, knowing their business, drivers and objectives, serve as partner and co-create understanding how an idea and the proper Siemens Energy technology and solutions help fulfill their goals.
