Customer oriented senior commercial personality with at least 10 years' experience in the Oil&Gas industry working with both state own companies and private companies. The BD Manager´s responsibilities shall include:
- setting the sales strategy for the focus market Oil&Gas as well the sales pipeline for the coming years,
- identifying new markets and new customers through a well-developed Go to Market plan
- identifying new business opportunities in the Energy Transformation market helping customers with their ESG targets and own business plans
- preparing regular sales reports as well as sales plans
- Ability to judge new technologies and solutions and their contribution to expand the Company´s business
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas market, identify key partners in the market, know customer’s business and its key drivers
- Develop positive relationship with key customers in Oil & Gas market, understand decision making process, identify key decision makers and responsible for maintaining and promoting a relationship matrix on all levels
- Elaborate a market analysis and identify business opportunities using growth strategies in Oil & Gas and convincingly present plan
- Supporting key customer’s goals and demonstrating relationships, identify business opportunities for SE and accurately conduct due diligence to filter viable potential and develop opportunity with sales team. Build new business models in collaborative manner with customers and SE Business Areas
- Interface between customer and SE Business Areas, presenting voice of the customer, during bidding, contract negotiations and after market activities
- Responsibility to comply and / or make sure the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system
What You Bring
- University Degree in Engineering or Business or similar
- Professional Experience (10 years) in (the Oil&Gas Industry)
- Technical Knowledge (understanding the technical solution and the boundary conditions of our offering)
- (English and Spanish), at professional working proficiency level. An additional language is desirable.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of time.
- Soft Skills Great teammate, advance level of intercultural competence

The selected person will work as part of the Business Development Team for North Latam Region. As part of the go to market responsibilities the team is responsible for building close relationship with customers, know their business, drivers and objectives, serve as partner and co-create to understand how an idea and the accurate Siemens Energy technology and solutions help fulfill their goals.
