We have an exciting opportunity in our Global Aftermarket Sales organization for an Aftermarket Proposal Specialist supporting the LATAM region Onshore. You will be responsible to manage, review and evaluate customer requirements for AFM proposals in accordance with CRM process and develop winning proposals and solutions for customers with an achievable cost target. Through detailed use of cost tools, stakeholder inputs you shall ensure the most competitive and highest quality offers can be delivered.

How you'll make an impact

• You will be responsible for service setup, technical matters within the sales team including technical proposal development, costing, process improvement tasks and offer letter creation.
• Manage interfaces to our internal operations and technology departments as well as our regional entities.
• Reviewing of customer’s requirements and understand the project drivers for all opportunities.
• Produce the cost and price calculation to reflect internal cost estimates, supplier / subcontractor prices and margins in line with business targets.
• Prepare approvals, ensuring all deliverables are produced in accordance with the deadlines and support obtaining management approval.

• to have successfully completed a degree or have relevant or equivalent experience in wind industry and technical knowledge is considered advantageous.
• Oral and written proficiency English language.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Office 365.
• You need to be driven and energized by working towards specific business goals, taking ownership, understanding opportunities for change, while overcoming obstacles, setback, and uncertainty.

About the team

The role of Aftermarket Proposal Specialist is part of the Global Sales Aftermarket organization. You will align with your global colleagues to support the pipeline of Aftermarket opportunities in LATAM region and turn these from concept into reality, working with customers and our internal specialists to make this happen.
