You will play a crucial role in crafting winning proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Engage with different teams, apply technical knowledge to align proposals with sustainability and innovation goals.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Actively participate in all phases of sales and proposal development, from analyzing client requests to assessing their technical feasibility.
- Define the sales and proposal strategy and project framework conditions in collaboration with the Sales team, ensuring they are driven and aligned with our objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, purchasing, and field service departments to ensure proposals are prepared accurately, optimizing efficiency and precision.
- Offer technical assistance during client meetings and negotiations, pinpointing resolutions derived from our product range.
What You Bring
- Engineering Degree or relevant experience
- Experience in proposal development, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- Solid technical knowledge of power generation and compression equipment, including specific examples such as turbines and compressors.
- Skills in defining concepts and solutions that satisfy the client with quality and attractive proposals.
- Customer-focused approach and the ability to comprehend and address the remarkable requirements of each client, translating this approach into tangible actions.
- Availability to travel as needed, with typical frequency and duration to be discussed.
