- Leading teams, influencing senior leadership, and driving change through improvement projects to meet targets
- Directing and engaging teams at all levels, collaborating with finance and departments for seamless improvements
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and identifying opportunities for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and output
- Communicating strategies to foster continuous improvement, teamwork, and strong industrial relations
- Influencing all levels and driving change using effective tools and techniques
- Providing guidance and support in technical quality
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or long-term experience as Black Belt with relevant degree
- Management experience in project and manufacturing environments, focusing on improvement
- Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, or nuclear industries, with quality and business improvement experience
- Expertise in continuous improvement, agile, and lean methodologies at Master Black Belt level
- Proficiency in English, ideally with strong German and excellent communication skills
- Results-driven, problem-solver with a passion for improvement and willingness to travel
