Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As an Internal Services Professional, you'll serve as a Resource Coordinator, by playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field engineer and technician teams. Imagine yourself at the heart of our operations, where you'll be responsible for allocating and tracking job assignments, coordinating international travel and visa administration, and assisting with the onboarding process of new technicians. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our field employees, making you an indispensable part of our team. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist in allocating and tracking of job assignments of engineers and technicians; Assign and track engineer and technician training and certifications.
  • Update and maintain engineer and technician PTO schedules in system of record.
  • Coordinate nuclear security screening updates, various customer specific training requirements
  • Coordinate international travel/visa administration.
  • Assist with rectifying payroll and expense issues for field employees.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new technicians.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma/GED that can be verified is required; BS Degree Preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience supporting a dynamic enterprise and a field service group; any experience supporting an international staff is also preferred; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
  • Demonstrated skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express information or data to non-technical associates, peers and management.
  • Hard-working and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in teams; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments; Willingness and flexibility to work after established business hours

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
