A Snapshot of Your Day 

Your day begins by driving cybersecurity resilience across Digital Finance and Regulatory Requirements within Siemens Energy’s corporate function. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure that cybersecurity strategies align with business needs while managing the overall cybersecurity posture for the finance function.
Throughout the day, you’ll provide regular updates to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and the Executive Board, ensuring they are informed on cyber risks and progress. You’ll define and implement the global cybersecurity strategy for finance, working closely with the CFO to fulfill cybersecurity responsibilities. You’ll engage with stakeholders to identify their cybersecurity needs, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions that support the transformation of digital finance.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Drive cybersecurity resilience for Digital Finance & Regulatory Requirements in the energy sector, ensuring alignment with business demands and global strategy
  • Provide cyber risk reports and regular updates to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and Executive Board, ensuring visibility and effective decision-making
  • Define and implement the global cybersecurity strategy for the Finance function while supporting the CFO in fulfilling cybersecurity responsibilities
  • Lead the identification and implementation of necessary cybersecurity infrastructure, staffing, and resourcing within the finance function
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business demands for cybersecurity, driving delivery of robust, future-proof solutions
  • Represent cybersecurity in executive meetings, conferences, and with external partners, promoting the strategic importance of cybersecurity across the organization
What You Bring
  • A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with broad exposure across different functions and businesses
  • Specialist knowledge in Digital Finance (SAP Finance environment/treasury management systems) and Regulatory Requirements
  • Proven leadership ability to coach and develop teams, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking to shape cybersecurity initiatives for the future
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and at various levels, including executive management
  • Business-fluent English language skills, along with local language skills, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
