A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Digitalization Project Officer to join our team. You will responsible for corporate digitalization projects (MES, S4E, etc.) and development of the next required ones.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in process automation and digitization with the different departments.
- Drive digital optimizations of operational and strategic processes adopting an E2E perspective and align them with all team members.
- Meetings and point of contact with DTO and Cybersecurity team.
- Supervise and report on project status including costs, timelines and staffing.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of the Digitalization roadmap (Analysis and Execution Phase) at TAM GJT (Prioritize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project timelines and resolve resource requirements).

- Responsibility to comply and/or implement compliance with current comprehensive management system protocols, policies, guidelines and proficiencies (Cybersecurity, EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Engineer in software development, Systems, Digitalization or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Project Manager.
- Professional Experience: 3 years in digitalization projects (mid level).
- Desirable: Knowledge in software development with programs such as: MS Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, camos Develop, Power BI, Alteryx, Microsoft Forms, Tableau, SAP, Mendix Use of advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of Cybersecurity.
- Languages: Professional English
- Skills / Proficiencies: Social, Problem solving, Communication skills, Team spirit, Assertiveness.
- Schedule: On-site : Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm / Friday: 8am to 1:30pm
