A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Business Segment Sustainable Energy Systems (SE TI SES) develops, manufactures, and sells innovative Hydrogen and Power-to-X systems, solutions and services based on the Elyzer portfolio. With this innovative electrochemical system, water is split into its components hydrogen and oxygen using the PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) and (green) electricity. By helping our customers in the industrial, energy and mobility sectors to decarbonize their processes we are taking a further step towards a sustainable future.
You can set the tone for this new business and contribute your enthusiasm and experience in a small, pragmatic team with global responsibility for hydrogen projects. How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Coordinate all engineering activities from proposals to project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance
  • Manage scope, technical specifications, documentation, BoQs, engineering quality, EHS, risks, opportunities, and progress reporting
  • Prepare technical bids and coordinate interfaces to meet customer specifications and justify exclusions
  • Support technical negotiations and clarifications with suppliers and customers
  • Optimize budget, schedule, quality, and costs for all engineering disciplines during project execution
  • Actively manage internal and external engineering partners and the technical project team
  • Provide support and guidance for system and equipment design, including data sheets, P&IDs, and process guarantees
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process engineering or a similar field
  • 10 years of professional engineering experience, with 5 years in coordinating international teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of codes and standards (IEC, ANSI, NEMA, NPFA, …)
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluent knowledge of English & German as well as intercultural sensitivity
  • Passion for energy transition, decarbonization, and experience in customer orientation and change management
