Join our team at Siemens Energy and take the next step in your career. As a Service Controller, you will play a crucial role for invoicing long-term service contracts, and smaller or mid-size retrofit jobs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Preparation of time & material invoicing to the regional entities or customers as per contract/order.
- Handle smaller projects as a trusted Finance Partner.
- Preparation of obligatory ICFR / SOA documentation on project level for the monthly execution of defined control requirements.
- Follow the internal guideline for hedging and implementing.
- Coordinate and complete agreements for cross border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, finance guidelines and local policies.
What You Bring
- Successful bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or similar education.
- Ability to learn fast, good with numbers, handling large sources & amount of information.
- Experience in collecting information from service work, crafting a summary to invoicing and collection of payment from the end customer. Perform other tasks as assigned by the outstanding in accordance with their knowledge.
- Experience of using SAP within Service or HR is preferable.
- Knowledge of SOA / SOX (Sarbanes Oxley act)
- Good proficiency with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good presentation skill is a plus.
- Good English communication skills; any Scandinavian language is a plus
