As part of the A65 Portfolio will increase your breadth of the Service global business and grow in the Operational environment. Working with Regions, customers, and other locations internally and externally to develop communications and stakeholder management skills. In depth understanding of the AGT R&O landscape extracting best practices from around the globe. Agile culture with opportunities for mentorship, coaching and frequent development reviews. Working closely with Montreal Leadership teams to achieve and deliver Business goals:
· Overall Manufacturing Performance SQDC
· Integrated Production Planning 24-month Master Demand Plan
· Demand plan flow down to the PDI function to ensure the required OTD of parts and repairs parts
· Manufacturing direct Production employees (Blue Collar) and Office employees Headcount plan (White Collar)
· Manufacturing KPI Management including the consumed hours vs available hours per period, projected consumed hours for FY, expected over/under absorption, forecast, LAR, Actual vs Planned Hours per event, OTD vs Committed dates.
· Timely reporting for all events (engine, reports, invoices, etc)
· Improvement projects against OPW targets
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Accountable for overall Montreal Manufacturing performance and Production, Planning and Control
o Ownership of the Manufacturing overall capacity planning process interfacing with AGT PCCs and Portfolios to develop an integrated factory 60 day to 24 month rolling master Production plan
o Maintain a rolling 24-month factory Capacity and Headcount planning, including driving the resource optimization between the value streams to maximize utilization to achieve ZERO factory under absorption
o Working closely with the three value streams to integrate their 60 days tactical execution schedule (short term scheduling) into the overall factory plan, identify opportunities for resource sharing, optimization and facilitate cross value stream commitments or timely resource transfers
o Interface with R&D Engineering to facilitate any development programs and manage the OTD of the programs to be delivered
· Accountable for the manufacturing reporting and governance to ensure Manufacturing Production exceeds the target levels of Safety, Quality, Cost management (including adherence to the project execution requirements) and on-time Delivery of events, establishing the standard baselines for each product.
o Report and lead KPI Production reviews and the Execution of BI projects
o Responsible to establish and management of the Manufacturing CAPEX, Business case creation though on time execution and validation.
· Accountable for the rules, tools, and resources to the Manufacturing delivery value streams
o Leverage best practice amongst the Production Value Streams (PT, A65, A35)
o Management of the manufacturing labor collective agreements
o Provide trained resources, tools, and methods, lead employee development
o Maintain shop competencies to allow flexibility
o Lead factory digital activities and MES strategy
- Lead Plant Maintenance & Calibration activities
· Control & Digitalization of Configuration management and record keeping
What You Bring
· A University degree, an MBA would be an asset
· Several years’ experience in production, business, technical or supply chain environment
· In depth knowledge of the product and technical content
· Ability to understand and manage internal & external customer expectations and generally operate in a Production & Service culture
· Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive to ensure team success
· A go getter, a problem solver, able to operate in a fast-changing environment & priorities
This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
