How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Uncover customer needs and potential in your business area, as well as develop the customer portfolio.
  • Plan and implement sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, reference visits, and customer days.
  • Lead tendering processes, respond to tenders, and negotiate contracts diligently.
  • Build networks in the industry and participate in relevant conferences and fairs, both locally and internationally.
  • Contribute actively to the sales department's overall strategy and business plans.

What You Bring

  • Education as an electrical engineer with shown experience.
  • Upbeat, persistent, and able to collaborate across functions.
  • Committed, hard-working, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with digitization and innovative sales methods.
  • Good knowledge of the transmission & distribution market and technology
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
  • Proven track record to thrive in an international environment.
