Snapshot of your day

As Location Manager for Siemens Energy’s site in Kesmark, Budapest and other leased offices in Hungary you will experience a diverse work life, dealing with everything from discussing office concepts with tenants, negotiating leases, budget planning, managing the FM suppliers, ordering furniture, implementing new tools and support the needs of the business. You will be a part of the Hungarian Real Estate Team and the larger Real Estate Community and report in to Head of Real Estate for Southeast Europe. You can organize your working hours flexibly and work both on-site and remotely.

Area of responsibility:

  • Main responsible for the owned production site in Kesmark, Budapest, and other leased locations in Budapest.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Siemens Energy business areas, real estate agents, landlords, tenants and external FM/FS service providers
  • Preparation of documents for decision-making and presentation
  • Responsible for budget and forecast preparation together with assigned Finance Controller
  • Implementation of location concepts for space optimization, including maintenance planning
  • Monitor and Manage Facility Management service delivery through our FM Partners
  • Contribute to Siemens Energy’s Carbon Neutral by 2030 Program by optimizing the footprint of our services.
  • Compliance with all health & safety, legal requirements, company regulations and compliance regulations

Qualification

  • Degree in economics or engineering with a focus on real estate or comparable qualifications (e.g. real estate economist, real estate specialist)
  • In addition, you have a passion for the Real Estate business and have ambition to grow in the field of Real Estate.
  • You speak Hungarian and English fluently and an extra benefit if you speak any other European Language.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience, including experience in a real estate, legal and/or finance role.

To succeed in your new role, you are a Team Player with high ambitions both for you and the team. You take own initiatives to improve Service Delivery and find ways to create cost savings and optimisations. You will listen to the needs of the Business but will balance that with budget restrictions and Real Estate guidelines.
