As an IT/OT Architect, you'll design and guide technology solutions that help manage critical business systems and infrastructure in manufacturing. You'll work with modern platforms like ServiceNow, AWS cloud services, and Microsoft security tools to create integrated solutions that meet our organization's needs. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Technical Architecture: Design and guide technical solutions for enterprise service management systems
- System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft security tools, and AWS cloud services
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs
- Technical Leadership: Apply best practices and drive innovation in system architecture and integration
What You Bring
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in designing enterprise technical architectures and system integration
- Platform Experience: Several years of experience with enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow and configuration management systems
- Modern Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms, connected device solutions, network technologies, and cybersecurity principles
- Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners
