We are looking for Tool Depot Supervisor to be based in Bangladesh.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Responsible for the visual inspection of tools, equipment & devices

·       Make recommendations for improvement & ensure quality of service within his domain.

·       Build positive bridge between helpers & specialist.

·       Proactive in addressing potential EHS concerns and communicates safety measures to the team.

·       Participate actively in quality & EHS workshops & refreshers.

·       Involve in to support procurement team for tool procurement.

·       Ability and willingness to work over holidays, weekends as required by the forced events & emergency jobs

·       Ensure replenishment of tools in timely manner.

·       Receive and execute tool orders, general data, asset damage/ lost reports through the tool control database.

·       Shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in tool containers.

·       Work with various 3rd party vendors to maintain tools (repair & periodical calibration),records of stock and reorder stock. consumables as required and process material requests through our internal supply chain.

·       Maintaining standard principles and practices of warehouse operations to include inventory management and forward planning. Ability to organize the warehouse and tool containers in an efficient manner.

·       To attend during Schedule and Unscheduled outages to keep track and maintain the assets.

·       Perform a variety of supportive tasks to production, under direct or indirect supervision.

What You Bring

·       Diploma degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years proven independent working experience in warehouse and storage operations with machinery and tools.

·       Experience with handling spare parts/tooling of Siemens Energy or Equivalent Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine/ Generator

·       Must be able to operate Overhead crane, knowledge in rigging.

·       Profound skills and experience in warehouse activities of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions.

·       Able to read, understand and independently work to drawings, specifications and unit conversions in accordance to international codes and standards

·       Good English language skills both verbally and written is a minimum requirement, having more language skills is a plus

·       Good level of digital literacy, confident user of relevant IT-applications.

·       Pro-active, problem solving and ready to work attitude, readiness to take additional tasks to improve the statuesque if needed,

·       Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work either independently or with multinational groups of personnel, in shift rotation with flexible hours.

·       Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards in the related field of work.

·       Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking on a consistent basis.

·       Ability and willingness to work over holidays, weekends as required by the forced events & emergency jobs
