A Snapshot of Your Day

Our digital twin program “Condition Based Service Intervention” (CBSI) supports several twin prototypes with our customers across Siemens Energy (SE). There are twins for autonomous operations, managing complex grids of gas, hydrogen, photo voltaic and wind suppliers of energy and different consumers and also to predict maintenance. We want to advise our customers with tailored solutions based on their specific technical and commercial constraints.

The scope of the project includes:

  • Design, architecture, and development of features for the Platform
  • Set standards, process and adapt guideline on overall user experience and interface.
  • Provide common application services, add-ons, libraries, and components. e.g., real time data, sensor data, authentication, authorization and etc.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a frontend developer for our application platform, you will:

  • Exploring technical solutions for feature requests raised by use cases / PO/Module Owner
  • developing shared solutions targeting specific SPA frameworks.
  • Coordinate and utilize Omnivise Specification and Guides.

What You Bring 

  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar with a minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Software Development and Architecture.
  • consultant / communication / explanation skills, preferrable for platform offered solutions
  • ability to understand, document and present technical problems and possible solutions to partner teams and stakeholders
  • Deliver rapidly in a reliable manner with the highest quality standards
  • Curious, passionate about problem solving, building and self-improving
  • Experience in Agile development 
  • Fluent English Skills
  • Experience working in and with international teams and stakeholders with different cultures 

Technical Skills

  • Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of a website
  • Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript
  • Must have 5+ year of experience in either React, EmberJS framework.
  • Producing, maintaining and modifying websites and user interfaces
  • Incorporating applications, graphics, audio and video clips into client websites
  • Creating tools that enhance the user's website experience
  • Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
  • Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors
  • Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
  • Worked on integration with third party components.
  • experience in JavaScript, (beneficial TypeScript, DevOps experience)
  • experience with modern single-page applications (SPA) frameworks (React, Ember or Angular)
  • experience in developing software architecture
  • experience writing software
