A Snapshot of Your Day
Omnivise Asset Management (OAM) is a modern software suite combining deep domain know-how, latest technologies and methods, and modern software design. Its four modular applications cover all power generation core processes and domains, supporting both local and remote teams. Built on a single platform, so users can draw on the same data and insights. Seamless workflows between applications enable cross-role collaboration, while supporting broader use cases, such as Remote Operator Rounds & Inspections, Asset Performance Management, Full Plant Monitoring, or Remote Operations up to Autonomous Plant.
The scope of the project includes:
- Be a primary contact for our multinational team for technical guidance
- Design, Architecture and development of features for the Platform
- Set standards, process and guideline on overall user experience and interface.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- As part of our team, you work on the implementation of complex and business critical IT applications. With the help of effective and modern Open-Source/- and Cloud-Technologies you work on scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- You support the planning and creation of new concepts that will be delivered into the projects incl. your own ideas. Technological innovations like e. g. AI, IoT, Cloud, Next-gen analytics are summing this profile up.
As a Scrum master your will provide:
- General support for the whole team (meeting organization, alignment between the team members)
- Ensure proper communication and collaboration, conflict resolution, ideally before they occur
- Support for the setup and updates of the different tools (Confluence, Jira, MS-Teams etc.)
- Facilitation of all Scrum meetings
- Administrative support for the Architectural lead and the product Owners
- Act as an “social interface” between the teams and the project leads
- Ensure that the most important Scrum rules are used (Scrum Ceremonies, Artifacts..)
- Reduce / solve all impediments, which hinders the team being effective and efficient
- Support the Lead Product Owner, the Team Product Owner and the Architectural lead by the proposed project setup (most likely Scrum of Scrums)
- Ensure a proper way of working with the distributed teams (alignment, team morale and motivation)
- Try to overcome all obstacles (distributed environment, cultural topics, highly demanding stakeholder etc.)
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master leading international software development teams.
- Experience in coordinating with other teams/stakeholders
- Certified through one of the global professional bodies as ACP, CSM or PSM
- Excellent communication skills in English
- An analytical mind
- Curious, willing to learn new technologies
- Proficient user of Jira and Confluence tools, able to configure and maintain our agile project management tools
- Proven track record facilitating agile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Capable of closely and effectively collaborating with Product Owners to prepare and clarify the product backlog/roadmap
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
- Experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS
Role specific skills
Must:
- Experience in applying the Scrum framework in challenging environments
- High social skills (supportive, proactive, emphatic, solution oriented)
- Experience in guiding larger distributes teams
Should:
- Experience in working with teams from different cultures, especially from the Eastern Europe Area / India
- Experience in Scrum of scrums or similar collaboration approaches for larger teams
- Jira and Confluence experience
