How You’ll Make an Impact
Based on the digital layout of headquarters and factory business requirements:
-Responsible for E2E (End-to-End) process analysis and improvement;
-Responsible for the digitalization of E2E process in SAP S/4 HANA, in MES and also in Eco-systems (in addition to SAP and MES, other Management Applications, e.g. Logistic Management, Equipment Management…);
This role will be responsible for all stages of SAP S/4 HANA rollout project, MES rollout project and other eco-system projects as below
-Analysing and improving E2E business processes of the Factory.
-Collaborating with various departments to optimise business processes.
-Derive necessary process changes.
-Project rollout for SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems;
-Conducting training and workshops on the use of SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems.
-As Factory coordinator responsible for processes and digital collaboration within Cluster factorys；
-Support SAP S/4 HANA and MES project implementation in other Cluster factorys；
What You Bring
-Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
-A degree with a focus on process analysis and improvement;
-Work experience on E2E business process analysis and improvement ;
-Work experience on Implementation of digital system/application (e.g. SAP/MES…) projects will be considered an advantage
-Fluent English.
