- Leading the development and implementation of the business strategy for the Controls & Digital and Nuclear businesses incl. the monitoring of key business performance indicators to measure and evaluate the impact of the business strategy
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and opportunities
- Initiating, leading, and coordinating cross-functional projects to execute the business strategy and deliver value to the customers and the organization as well as orchestrating the implementation
- Communicating the strategy to management and employees and driving the transformation of the global Controls & Digital and Nuclear businesses
- Driving the Masterplan and respective productivity measures, to ensure that the strategy is implemented, and financial targets are met
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners, including customers, suppliers, regulators, industry associations, and other relevant parties
- Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the global PIP team and foster a culture of collaboration, excellence as well as customer focus
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or related roles in the energy sector; financial knowledge and understanding of the controls market are considered a plus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies and delivering results
- Leadership experience based on coaching, empowerment and trust, building a strong and inclusive team with diverse capabilities as well as Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams beyond own team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with high self-driven motivation and result-orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, dynamic, and multicultural environment
