A Snapshot of Your Day

Reporting to the Service Engineer within Field Service you will act as a Mechanical Fitter for Field Service works undertaken at nominated customer sites.

Main Tasks  
  • Apply all the trade-specific skills for Mechanical Fitter and any of the basic and general skills as a Field Service representative in a safe and competent manner.
  • Work within safety guidelines and familiar with company requirements regarding Risk Assessments and Method Statements and safe working practices.
  • Undergo training, if required, in any of those basic, general and trade specific skills areas where development is identified. Furthermore, support the training of employees in lower grades when required and where necessary to undergo training for such duties.

Requirements 
  • Experience working as hands-on mechanical technician.
  • Previous experience working on Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines or Generators would be an advantage.
  • English language skills on medium level, ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Willing to travel and work worldwide in a flexible working regime around 75-80% of the time outside Hungary.
  • Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a diverse team in a multicultural environment.
  • Committed to the highest Health and Safety and Quality requirements.
  • Willingness and strong dedication to work in field service.
