You´ll ensure compliance with all commercial guidelines while managing project reporting and controlling activities to maintain financial accuracy Supporting the Project Manager in optimizing financial results, overseeing cash flow, and strategically handling assets and financing instruments

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Ensures the compliance with all applicable guidelines for commercial aspects.
• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Supports the Project Manager that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Together with the SPM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
• Supports the SPM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
• Agrees targets with commercial project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Solid finance progressive experience managing projects. Preferably supporting international business operations.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups.
• Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
• Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills, in Spanish and in English.
