Start your day with a team meeting to discuss digitalization topics, share insights, and address challenges. Afterward, follow up on developing and handling digitalization projects by applying automation tools like Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud/ Power BI, and Snowflake.

In the afternoon, dedicate your time to brainstorming innovative ideas for upskilling the finance community by introducing new technologies such as GenAI and Copilot.

Interact with various partners to make sure the digital strategy is aligned within FIN PE BC. Your contribution will drive efficiency and technological advancement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You are responsible for automating and digitalizing workflows and processes across the finance/commercial organization, managing digital finance projects from start to finish, across different functions and regions within the Project Entity, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations.
• Create customized BI (Business Intelligence) solutions that meet the unique data, planning and analytical needs of the business. This includes designing and implementing data models, creating end user planning masks and reports.
• Train employees on the use of developed BI solutions to enable them to leverage data insights.
• You are facilitating alignment and exchange between different business organizations. This includes fostering collaboration and communication among the finance community and various digitalization teams to ensure the successful sharing of knowledge, experiences, and standard processes across the organization.
• By continuously learning the newest technologies and tools, you will set an example of digital excellence, and you will facilitate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What You Bring

• University degree in the field of Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience working with BI application development mainly in finance/commercial analysis, data analytics, database, etc.
• Knowledge of data, analytics, and BI tools, databases, data warehousing, and SAP, Preferred BI tools: Alteryx, Snowflake, PowerBI, SAP analytics cloud. Appropriate certification is beneficial
• Solid understanding of foundational principles for a successful implementation of prediction analytics with AI
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and management  
• Business fluency in English
